With the 4 Extrusion press lines - 2000 MT, two of 1000 MT & 650 MT(indigenous) - all PLC Controlled, the Company is able to cater to all the requirements ranging from miniature profiles up to large-sized Profiles in Soft, Medium and High Strength Alloys. The arrangement for taper heating of billets ensures' near-isothermal' extrusion for achieving uniform property along the length of the extruded profiles/ sections/bars.

The DC Casting unit is flexible to cast 4", 5", 7" diameter billets in alloys ranging from 1xxx to 7xxx series.

So, it ensures uniform mechanical properties - hardness, UTS, Yield Strength, percentage Elongation etc. besides offering excellent surface for finishing operations such as anodizing, powder coating, electro-coloring, etc.
The Company has Oil fired, fixed-Garth, reverberatory Melting-cum-Holding Furnaces having capacities of 5 MT, 6 MT & 15 MT. Molten metal treatments is carried out by an Automatic Flux Feeder in conjunction with "eco-friendly" nitrogen degassing. The presence of hydrogen gas in the molten metal is detected using a Gas detector. Further degassing is carried out, if required, prior to casting. Composition is determined using Direct Reading Vacuum Emission Spectrometer.
We have the multi billet Hot Log Shear Furnace which is suitable to homogenize billets in various alloys with a temperature control of ± 5 ℃ , A pre-requisite for good homogenizing. Homogenizing of the billets ensures uniform mechanical properties - hardness, UTS, Yield Strength, percentage Elongation etc. besides offering an excellent surface for finishing operations such as anodizing, powder coating, electro -coloring, etc. it also cuts the billet efficiently without generating any chips.
Die Oven is the equipment which is applied with Extrusion press to mold the temperature near the billets and further suitably to extrusion molding. We use advance die oven having fully intelligent PLC and touch facility with heating time up to 15 minutes only, Which Can heat up 3 die at a time and index 8 to 10 dies.
