The Company had being with three presses (1800 MTS, 1200 MTS and 900 MTS) capacity and presses are fully PLC automatic control to provide a comprehensive product mix and produce aluminum extrusion profile/sections with the widest possible combination of alloy, tamper, shapes, weight and finishing and our automatic production cycle coupled with modern system and procedures enables us to manufacturer very high consistency and quality product. With the 3 Extrusion press lines - 900 MT, 1200 MT & 1800 MT (indigenous) - all PLC Controlled, the Company is able to cater to the requirements ranging from miniature profiles up to large-sized Profiles in Soft, Medium and High Strenght Alloys. The arrangement for taper heating of billets ensures' near-insothermal' extrusion for achieving uniform property along the lengh of the extruded profiles/ sections/bars.
Eagle Extrusion Pvt. Ltd. has been installed profile handling equipment's high degree of automation, our handling equipment helps us to maximize throughput while minimizing manual handling. The belt system used for handling the aluminium extrusions keeps the soft metal scratch-free and shiny.
Eagle provides fitting solution for every conceivable needs such as architecture textile, luggage, refrigeration and air-conditioning varieties of extruded profile in different alloys. The most popular alloys are AA6063 (63400) 6061 (65032), 6351 (64430) and EC grade. Profile size can be 130mm for hollow and 150mm solids section.
Eagle Extrusion Pvt. Ltd. has the multi billet Hot Log Shear Furnace is suitable to homogenize billets in various alloys with a temperature control of ± 5 ℃, A pre-requisite for good homogenizing. Homogenizing of the billets ensures uniform mechanical properties - hardness, UTS, Yield Strength, percentage Elongation etc. besides offering excellent surface for finishing operations such as anodizing, powder coating, electro -coloring, etc. And it cut the billet efficiently without generating any chips.
Die Oven is the equipment of being applied with Extrusion press to mould the temperature near the billets and conveniently to extrusion molding.
The Company has 3 (three) Gas fired, fixed-gearth, reverberatory Melting-cum-Holding Furnaces of bath capacities 3MT, 6 MT and 14 MT. Molten metal treatment is carried out by an Automatic Flux Feeder in conjunction with "eco-friendly" nitrogen degassing. The presence of hydrogen gas in the molten metal is detected using a Gas detector. Further degassing is carried out, if required, prior to casting. Composition is determined using Direct Reading Vacuum Emission Spectrometer.
The DC Casting unit is flexible to cast 4", 5" & 7" diameter billets in alloys ranging from 1xxx to 7xxx series.
Eagle Extrusion Pvt. Ltd. has the gas fired Aging Oven that deliver rapid heatup and provide exceptional temperature uniformity for aging of aluminum products. So, it ensures uniform mechanical properties - hardness, UTS, Yield Strength, percentage Elongation etc. besides offering excellent surface for finishing operations such as anodizing, powder coating, electro-coloring, etc.
